Point To Point Boosts Agency Management through Veteran Expertise

CLEVELAND, OH – August 27, 2014 – Point To Point, a premier B2B customer engagement agency, recently appointed three industry veterans to its leadership team. The agency named Mark Cerame as vice president of engagement and connection strategy; Jennifer Ristic as vice president of public relations and social media; and Reggie Tabora as interactive creative director.

In his role as vice president of engagement and connection strategy, Cerame is responsible for leading the agency’s customer insight and engagement initiatives aligned to diagnosing and understanding customer behavior for clients seeking to optimize the quality and frequency of their interactions and transactions with their customers. Most recently Cerame was associate partner, brand and interaction planning at Rosetta, during which time he led the company’s planning practice area in Cleveland and was responsible for developing digital brand and marketing strategies for clients including Wyndham, Citizens, OfficeMax, IBM and Nationwide. Cerame previously held leadership roles at Liggett-Stashower, Arras Group, Wyse Advertising and Adcom Communications, Inc.

As Point To Point’s vice president of public relations and social media, Ristic is responsible for establishing and growing the agency’s PR and social media practice area. Her expertise in building notable B2B campaigns to engage specific audience segments will enable clients to leverage owned and earned media to further their engagement and relevancy with target customers. Previously Ristic served as an account director at Airfoil, a Detroit and Silicon Valley-based integrated marketing communications firm. In her role and as a member of the agency’s management team, she drove strategy and led several of the agency’s key accounts, including Microsoft, Altair and Plex Systems. Under Ristic’s leadership, Airfoil won a 2013 PRSA Silver Anvil award for its work with Microsoft.

In his role as interactive creative director, Tabora leads efforts aligned to developing and implementing effective multichannel user experiences across the agency’s client portfolio. Prior to joining Point To Point, Tabora held several positions at Rosetta, most recently as a group creative director where he co-lead the Creative and Customer Experience discipline for Rosetta’s Cleveland office. In this role, Tabora also was responsible for developing customer, brand, and results-focused digital strategies that materialized into highly engaging and successful digital experiences.
