In a climate where digital marketing campaigns are becoming increasingly sophisticated and consumers more savvy, Holmes brings an approach that’s data-focused and omnichannel, rooted in the need to lead the customer along a journey. In the digital marketing leadership role, Holmes will also guide the interactions department’s internal growth plan as the agency continues to rapidly scale.

As a seasoned, data-driven marketer, Holmes comes to Point To Point from American Greetings, where he led a channel marketing team.

“Much of my background is focused on nurturing customers down a journey, talking with them in a one-to-one nature that is heavily backboned with data and analytics,” says Holmes. With experience on both the agency and corporate side of the industry, he has held positions at Ernst and Young and Adcom. Holmes received his MBA from Cleveland State University and is an eight-year Air Force veteran. At Point To Point, Holmes is eager to deliver impact. “I’m looking forward to pushing the team, along with myself, to help us evolve as an agency and in how we meet the needs of our clients.”

A husband and father of two, he’s also an avid Cleveland sports fan, “regularly disappointed with the Browns and regularly excited about the Cavs.”
