His expertise in B2B advertising, marketing and brand management and his passion for technology that engages customers with brands has given him unique insight into the changing dynamics of the B2B buyer. Mark has leveraged his perspective to drive smart strategies for Point To Point’s clients. A serial entrepreneur, Mark has founded and led a variety of businesses. He currently serves on multiple boards for business and nonprofit organizations.

Megan Kacvinsky

Partner, Client Delivery

Megan oversees all Point To Point client relationships while also playing a more hands-on role as an Account Director where her skills in program strategy and relationship management are needed. Megan has deep expertise in executing complex marketing programs, including the creation and deployment of digital marketing strategies. Megan is a recent recipient of the YWCA’s “Women of Professional Excellence Award” and a member of the Beaumont School Board of Directors. 

Jake Kellogg

VP, Creative Director

With a comprehensive background in visual communication design, Jake leads our creative team in translating strategic challenges into compelling creative ideas that sell. He provides input on strategic direction, guides visual tone and steers the development of concepts and campaigns that span a wide range of vehicles, from web design and digital advertising to broadcast/video, print and collateral.

Michele makes sure all departments are aligned and provides insights to help the agency plan, manage and deliver work. She is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through process and technology. She has been deeply immersed in process management for more than 20 years and her agency experience spans everything from print production to website development and account management.
