So what happens when you randomly select a dozen help wanted ads off the CMO Council Talent Sourcing Center, eliminate any word mentioned less than five times and create a tag cloud? Certain patterns emerge. Words like communication, management, sales, experience, brand and strategies dominate. Followed by team, planning, develop and programs.
